Ingredients:
Three simple ingredients:
- Dates (pitted)
- Nuts ( walnuts, pecans, etc.)
- Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Directions:
Place desired amount of dates in a food processor to break into smaller pieces then place in a bowl. Add your choice of nuts (broken in small pieces) to the dates. Form medium-sized balls. Cover the date ball with the coconut.
